These terms apply to everyone who uses WagyuSale (wagyusale.com), operated from Salt Lake City, Utah, USA · a Utah company. By using the site you agree to them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us at [email protected].

1. What WagyuSale is

WagyuSale is a listing site, directory and information resource. We help buyers and sellers find each other. We are not a broker, auctioneer, agent or party to any sale, and we do not take a commission.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person or business per account. Do not impersonate anyone.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. What you post

  • You own what you post (listings, photos, messages, comments). You give us permission to display, store, translate and share it on the site and in our newsletters so the site can work.
  • Only post what is true and what you have the right to post. Listings must describe real animals or genetics you are entitled to sell.
  • We may remove anything that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is misleading.

4. Not allowed

  • Scams, fraud, fake listings, or asking for payment for things you cannot deliver.
  • Spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or harvesting other members' contact details for marketing.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, or illegal content.
  • Selling anything you are not legally allowed to sell or export.
  • Interfering with the site, scraping it at a harmful rate, or trying to get into other accounts.

5. Deals between members

Price, payment, paperwork, health testing, import permits and shipping are agreed between buyer and seller. WagyuSale does not process payments for direct deals, does not hold money, and cannot guarantee any deal. Verify who you are dealing with, check registration and health documents, and follow the laws of both countries.

6. Listings gathered from other websites

Many listings are gathered automatically from sellers' public websites and link back to the original. They may be out of date or incomplete. The seller's own website is the authority. Sellers can claim or ask us to remove these listings at any time.

7. Translation and information

Translations are made automatically and can contain mistakes; the original text is always available. Articles, prices, market figures and breed information are provided for general information, not as professional, veterinary or financial advice.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, WagyuSale is not liable for losses from deals between members, from listings, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant we will say so on the site or by email.
